how to stop yourself from going to bed at day, what you can do on your computer or at home alone.

 there are a lot of things you can think of to stop going to bed at day. it is a bad habit and make efforts to improve. in my meditations it makes me restless at night and bad sleep habits. 

to improve on this you could write a few blog posts, play a game, listen to music, meditate and emails. 

i find emails are very good for producitity.

you could also work on your producivity skills and professional skills. it is possible to learn them on line with chat gpt. 

you could learn tables or programming. a good skill to have for employment. in my own time i do magick spells. i am learning to be wiccan and what it takes. it goes well with meditation. please support me here. if you think i helped you.
